Here's How it Works:
Register as a Consignor - Simply complete this form.
You will be emailed a confirmation of your registration along with login information. If you don't see the email within a minute or two, check your spam folder.
Enter your items - Return to the sale system website and log in.
Once you are logged in you will enter your items directly into the sale system. This can be done via desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.
We will also have a "FREE" table available for any items that you'd like to give away. You do not need to tag free items.
Print your tags - When you have entered your items you can print all of your tags, or print only those that you select. For complete details about how to print the cards look for the link below on the login screen.
Choose a Drop-Off and Pick-Up Time - You will choose a time to drop-off your items from the list of available drop-off times. These are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will also choose a time to pick up any unsold items if you will not be donating them.
Drop-off takes place on Thursday, June 4th from 2:00 pm til 5:00 pm. We will not accept any items after 5:00 pm.
Be sure to choose a drop-off time here. All consignors are required to register for a drop-off time.
Check-in is super quick and easy! We'll scan your items and help you place them on the sales floor.
Bring all items to the sale in a disposable box or boxes. If you'd like your container(s) returned be sure to label them with your consignor number.
Volunteer - Consignors who volunteer also earn an extra percentage of their sales (see below). If you'd like to volunteer you can choose one or more shifts in the "Volunteer" section of the sale system.
85% - complete 2 shifts or barters (any)
90% - complete 3 shifts or barters (any)
95% - complete 4 shifts or barters (any)
100% - complete 4 shifts or barters (MUST include Thursday 2-5 AND Saturday 12-3)
Shop the pre-sale - Consignors shop on Friday afternoon from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
Pick-Up any unsold items that aren't being donated and your cash! - Pick-up is on Saturday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 pm. You'll pick up any unsold items that are not marked for donation and your earnings from the sale.
All items not picked up by 4:00 pm will be donated and consignor's earnings (if any) will be mailed.
All items marked for donation, and any items not picked up by the deadline, will be donated to Brown Roof Thrift, a local thrift store with a great reputation for giving back to the community.
