How much does it cost to register?
There is no registration fee.
What is the consignor split?
Consignors earn 80% of all sales.
Do I have to participate in the half-price sale?
No, you do not. To opt a product out of the half-price sale simply check the box beneath the red X when entering your item.
Do I have to begin entering items when I register, or can I register now and enter my items later?
You do not have to begin entering items when you register. You can wait as long as you need to. Items can be entered up to the date of drop-off.
What if I don't mark my items for donation, but then I change my mind?
If you decide later that you'd like to donate something you can choose to leave it on the donation tables when you pick up your items or leave all of the items at pickup. If you don't pick up your items they will automatically be donated and any earnings mailed to you.
I made a mistake on my tag, but it's already printed. Can I just mark through the mistake and change it?
Unfortunately no. You will need to edit the item in the system and print a new tag. You have the option to only print specific tags so you won't have to reprint all of them.
